These Official Sweepstakes Rules are issued by EverPrime Futures Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Sponsor", "we", "us", or "our").
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE OR PAYING ANY FEES WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Sweepstakes Coins may be used to participate in Promotional Play games, offering the opportunity to earn additional Sweepstakes Coins redeemable for real-world rewards. These Official Sweepstakes Rules must be read in conjunction with our general Terms of Service.
Sponsor Details
EverPrime Futures Inc. is the sole organizer of this sweepstakes. All decisions made by the Sponsor regarding the operation of the sweepstakes, acceptance of entries, and the selection, type, and value of prizes are final and binding on all participants. Each individual game spin constitutes a separate sweepstakes occurrence (a "Sweepstakes Period"), commencing at the start of the spin and concluding when the spin ends.
Eligibility Requirements
Definitions
a) A "Qualified Participant" means a legal resident of the Approved Territories.
b) The "Approved Territories" include the United States, excluding the states of California, Connecticut, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, and the state of New York.
This sweepstakes is open exclusively to Qualified Participants who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, or have attained the age of majority in their place of residence (whichever is higher), at the time of entry. PARTICIPATION IS PROHIBITED IN JURISDICTIONS WHERE IT VIOLATES APPLICABLE LAW.
The sweepstakes is governed by all relevant federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local laws and regulations. It is the sole responsibility of each participant to confirm that entering the sweepstakes is legal in their jurisdiction.
By participating in the sweepstakes, you fully and unconditionally agree to these Official Sweepstakes Rules and all final, binding decisions made by the Sponsor in all matters related to the sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon meeting all requirements set forth in these rules.
Employees, officers, and directors of EverPrime Futures Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entities involved in the design, production, execution, or distribution of this sweepstakes are ineligible to participate. This ineligibility extends to their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members (individuals who share the same residence for a minimum of three months per year).
Obtaining Sweepstakes Coins
To participate in the sweepstakes and receive Sweepstakes Coins, users must create a free account on our platform. Qualified Participants may acquire Sweepstakes Coins through the following authorized methods:
a. Daily Login Reward
Qualified Participants may claim Sweepstakes Coins on a daily basis by completing the following steps:
• Logging into their platform account
• Clicking the "CLAIM COINS" button located at the top of the platform homepage
• Selecting the "Daily Reward" button within the "Claim Coins" window
• Clicking "Collect" if deemed eligible by the platform
Participants may claim only one Daily Login Reward every 24 hours.
b. Mobile Number Confirmation
During the account registration process, participants can verify their mobile phone number to receive Sweepstakes Coins. The number of Coins awarded for verification is determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
c. Completing In-App Challenges
Qualified Participants can earn Sweepstakes Coins by completing assigned daily tasks within the platform (e.g., consecutive daily logins, bonus quests). The reward amount varies by task and is clearly displayed within the platform application.
d. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)
Two free methods are available to obtain Sweepstakes Coins via AMOE, with all submissions subject to Sponsor verification:
Postal Request
• Handwrite your return address and the phrase "Sweepstakes Entry Request" on a standard envelope.
• Enclose a blank, unlined 4" x 6" white card with the following legibly handwritten information:
• One unique Postal Request Code (available in your platform account)
• Your full legal name (matching the name on your government-issued identification)
• The email address linked to your platform account
• Your residential address associated with your platform account
• The exact statement: "I request Currencies to participate in the sweepstakes and confirm I have read and agree to the Terms of Service and Sweepstakes Official Rules."
• Mail the sealed envelope to: 1908 Thomes Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001.
Each valid postal request will result in 0.2 Sweepstakes Coins being credited to the participant's account.
Online AMOE Form
Participants may request access to a secure online AMOE application form by contacting our customer support team at [email protected].
Upon approval of the request and completion of the form in accordance with provided instructions, Sweepstakes Coins will be credited to the participant's account.
e. Specified Application Interactions
Sweepstakes Coins may also be obtained by clicking on or installing platform-specified third-party applications, in accordance with additional terms displayed at the time of interaction.
Prohibited Acquisition Methods
The use of bots, automated software, fake identities, third-party entry services, or any other unauthorized means to obtain Sweepstakes Coins is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification. Only participants who have successfully completed the Sponsor's official verification process are eligible to receive free Sweepstakes Coins.
Sweepstakes Coins requests must be submitted by the account holder only. Entries submitted by third parties, or through non-compliant methods (including automated devices), are null and void. The Sponsor's decision regarding the validity of any entry or Coins request is final and binding.
The Sponsor is not liable for lost, incomplete, invalid, unreadable, misdirected, or late requests for Sweepstakes Coins, and such requests will not be honored.
Sweepstakes Coins Usage & Restrictions
Users may utilize Sweepstakes Coins to play eligible Promotional Play games for a chance to win additional Sweepstakes Coins. Coins won through valid gameplay may be eligible for prize redemption, subject to the Sponsor's official redemption rules outlined in this document.
The trading, transferring, gifting, or selling of Sweepstakes Coins (in whole or in part) or platform accounts is strictly forbidden. Any violation of this provision may result in account restrictions, suspension, termination, or the removal of all Sweepstakes Coins and associated rewards from the account.
Game Odds & RTP Adjustments
The Sponsor reserves the right to adjust the odds of winning or the Return to Player (RTP) percentage of any sweepstakes game at its sole discretion, provided that such adjustments are not made during an active game spin. Current and historical odds/RTP details are prominently displayed on each game's in-platform interface. It is the participant's responsibility to review these details before playing.
The probability of winning any game round is independent of all previous play history, duration of play, or platform engagement level. RTP is a theoretical long-term average and varies by game; it does not guarantee any specific outcome for individual players or game spins.

Winner Verification Process
POTENTIAL SWEEPSTAKES WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO MANDATORY VERIFICATION BY THE SPONSOR. THE SPONSOR'S DECISIONS REGARDING VERIFICATION AND ELIGIBILITY ARE FINAL AND BINDING. AN ON-SCREEN WIN NOTIFICATION DOES NOT CONSTITUTE OFFICIAL WINNER CONFIRMATION. VERIFICATION OF ELIGIBILITY AND FULL COMPLIANCE WITH THESE RULES IS REQUIRED BEFORE ANY PRIZE IS AWARDED. SCREENSHOTS, USER RECORDS, OR OTHER FORMS OF PARTICIPANT-SUBMITTED EVIDENCE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IN LIEU OF THE SPONSOR'S OFFICIAL VALIDATION PROCESS.
Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all eligibility and procedural requirements outlined in these Official Sweepstakes Rules.
Potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where legally permitted) a Publicity Release to the Sponsor within a specified timeframe communicated via official platform notification or email.
Failure to respond to winner notifications within the specified timeframe, return all required documentation in a timely manner, comply with any term of these rules, or correctly answer a skill-testing question (if applicable) will result in the immediate forfeiture of the prize, with no further recourse for the participant.
If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, the Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, award the forfeited prize to another eligible participant, in accordance with the sweepstakes rules.
Prizes and Redemption Guidelines
Only Redeemable Sweepstakes Coins (Coins that have been used in at least one eligible Sweepstakes Game round) count toward the minimum requirements for prize redemption. Non-redeemable Sweepstakes Coins cannot be used to request or claim any prize.
Eligibility for Redemption
Participants must hold a minimum of 50 eligible Redeemable Sweepstakes Coins in their account to initiate a prize redemption request.
Cash Prize Redemption
Eligible participants may request a cash prize at a rate of USD $1 per Redeemable Sweepstakes Coin redeemed. Redemption requests are processed through the official redemption portal on the platform. The Sponsor reserves the right to charge a reasonable processing fee for cash redemptions, which shall not exceed the estimated actual cost of processing the payment.
Gift Card Prize Redemption
Eligible participants may request a physical or digital gift card (from Sponsor-specified retailers) valued at USD $1 per Redeemable Sweepstakes Coin redeemed. The Sponsor reserves the right to charge a reasonable processing fee for gift card redemptions, which shall not exceed the estimated actual cost of fulfilling the gift card request.
Tax Liability
Winners are solely and entirely responsible for all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges associated with receiving, redeeming, and using any prize awarded through the sweepstakes. The Sponsor may be required by law to report prize winnings to relevant tax authorities and to withhold applicable taxes from prize disbursements, where required by law.
General Prize Terms
Sweepstakes Coins are for recreational and sweepstakes participation purposes only. They are non-transferable, non-sellable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other value except as explicitly specified in these Official Sweepstakes Rules. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater monetary value, at its sole discretion.
Pre-Redemption Requirements
Before any redemption request is processed and any prize is awarded, the participant must satisfy the following requirements:
a) The legal name associated with the participant's chosen payment method (for cash redemptions) or delivery address (for gift card redemptions) must exactly match the legal name on the participant's platform account.
b) All required identity, age, and residency verification checks (including, where applicable, source of funds verification) must be successfully completed to the Sponsor's satisfaction.
c) For security and anti-money laundering compliance purposes, all cash prize payments will be issued only to a bank account held in the sole legal name of the winner. Joint bank accounts may be considered for payment only after additional verification of all account holders, at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
Redemption Processing Rules
Redemption requests are limited to one request per 48-hour period per participant/account. All valid requests will be processed as soon as reasonably possible by the Sponsor.
Cash prize payments may take up to 10 business days to process and disburse, from the date of successful verification of the redemption request.
Cash prize payments exceeding USD $2,500 may be subject to extended processing times due to additional security and bank clearance procedures, and may be issued in multiple installments at the Sponsor's discretion.
Forfeiture of Coins & Prizes
Sweepstakes Coins have no intrinsic cash value. If an account is closed (voluntarily or involuntarily) with a Sweepstakes Coins balance below the minimum redemption threshold (50 Redeemable Coins), or without a qualifying redemption request being processed, the user forfeits all claims to any prizes associated with the Coins. Upon the termination or suspension of the sweepstakes promotion (in whole or in part), all unredeemed Sweepstakes Coins in all participant accounts will be immediately forfeited, with no further prize redemptions permitted.
If a user initiates a chargeback, dispute, or reversal for any purchase made on the platform (if applicable), all pending prize redemption requests will be immediately canceled, future prize redemptions may be disallowed, and the user's account may be suspended or terminated at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
Jurisdiction-Specific Redemption Restrictions
a)Florida & New York: If the total value of prizes awarded in a single sweepstakes promotion exceeds USD $5,000, the promotion must be registered and bonded with the respective state regulatory authority. Failure to comply with this requirement will render the promotion void in that state.
b)Rhode Island: If the sweepstakes is promoted through a physical retail establishment and the total value of prizes exceeds USD $500, the promotion must be registered with the Rhode Island Secretary of State.
c)Puerto Rico: This promotion is subject to strict local regulatory requirements. Non-compliance with any Puerto Rican law or regulation related to sweepstakes will render the promotion void in Puerto Rico.
By participating in the sweepstakes and/or submitting a prize redemption request, the participant acknowledges and accepts all prize and redemption terms outlined in this section.
Entry Conditions and Liability Release
By participating in the sweepstakes, each user unconditionally agrees to:
a) Comply with these Official Sweepstakes Rules and all final, binding decisions made by the Sponsor;
b) Release the Released Parties (EverPrime Futures Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and promotional partners) from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the participant's sweepstakes entry, participation, acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, or the exploitation of any entry;
c) Indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Sponsor and all Released Parties from and against any and all third-party claims, costs, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with the user's sweepstakes participation, violation of these rules, or use/misuse of any prize.
Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Released Parties shall not be liable for any of the following:
a) Incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete entry or account information provided by participants;
b) Technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to server outages, internet disconnections, device malfunctions, or software errors;
c) Unauthorized human interference in any aspect of the sweepstakes entry process or operation;
d) Technical or human error in the administration, execution, or processing of the sweepstakes or prize redemptions;
e) Any injury, damage, loss, or harm to persons or property resulting from the participant's sweepstakes participation, use or misuse of any prize, or access to the platform.
If a participant's Sweepstakes Coins or winning game play are lost, corrupted, or invalidated due to a technical error on the Sponsor's platform, the participant's sole and exclusive remedy is the replacement of an equivalent amount of Sweepstakes Coins by the Sponsor, at its sole discretion. No other compensation, damages, or remedies shall be available.
General Provisions
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes (in whole or in part) or these Official Sweepstakes Rules at any time, at its sole discretion, if circumstances beyond its reasonable control arise, or in the event of suspected fraud, technical failure, tampering, or any other factor that impairs the integrity, fairness, or proper functioning of the sweepstakes.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process, violating these rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike, fraudulent, or disruptive manner, at its sole discretion.
Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes may violate applicable federal, state, and local laws. The Sponsor reserves the right to seek civil and criminal damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision of these Official Sweepstakes Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision, nor shall it prevent the Sponsor from enforcing that provision at any subsequent time.
If the sweepstakes or these rules are modified by the Sponsor, continued participation in the sweepstakes following the modification constitutes the participant's full and unconditional acceptance of the updated terms.
